Step 1: To optimize videos for your Impecca MP-1827-2 Digital Media Player, Download This File

Step 2: Unzip the file, and run the setup file and install the program.

Step 3: Open the program

Step 4: Make sure when you select your video, to set the advanced settings exactly to how it is shown in the image below:

Step 5: Go Back to the Main Settings Tab, and press convert. The converted file should be copied to your MP4 Player window.

Please note: For optimal viewing, we recommend using a .AVI file for videos. The converter will work for all file formats, but AVI is factory recommended.
