IMPECCA Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing an Impecca product. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
For Products Purchased through WWW.IMPECCAUSA.COM
Returns will be allowed only with prior authorization. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number issued by the Returns Department issued within 10 business days of purchase. All merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of authorization, freight prepaid. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. We must be notified within 1 business day of receipt of merchandise. Returns will only be accepted with products in original manufacturer box and packing materials and original blank warranty cards. No returns on special orders or products that are outdated, opened or damaged. Returned merchandise will be credited to your account or replaced at our choice after inspection and approval. No refunds on returned products. Please allow 30 days from receipt of your return for your credit or replacement. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 2 days and original cartons saved. Returns for reasons other than defects or damages will be subject to a 15% ($5 minimum) restocking charge.
Due to UPS policies any customer refusal of shipments will result in extra return shipping charges.

If you experience problems with your IMPECCA product please check the FAQ section by clicking the “FAQ’s” link on the bottom of this page, where you can find answers and solutions that can solve your issue. If you cannot find your solution in the FAQ’s section. Please Contact IMPECCA Tech. Support immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our professional tech. support agents will further assist you. In event that your product will need repair or replacement, you will need to obtain a RMA # and address for your service center location. Failure to notify Impecca of a return will delay warranty service process and may result in loss of your product. Any items shipped without prior authorization from tech. support dept. will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
In event that you experience a problem with a product that is out of the warranty period, your case will be reviewed individually. And may require an additional service charge/handling fee.
IMPECCA Reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
